Our IT support services are the backbone of our service offering. We provide the service in two ways:
- Remote Log-in: In the first instance our support engineers can remote into the workstation or server to diagnose the issue and resolve it. This service is first port of call and means that the issue can be resolved in the quickest possible time.
- On-Site Visit: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, then one of our experienced field engineers can visit the site and resolve the issue.
